Player Training Programs

Training Program = a series of exercises, drills, and workouts intelligently combined with scientific reasoning to progress the player through a 4 to 12 week timeframe that maximizes his/her soccer performance related to their current pre-season, in-season, post-season, or injury recovery phase of the year.
