REFUND POLICY
For services/products offered directly by Catalyst Soccer / Catalyst Empire, Inc. – excluding external services/products offered through the links of third party affiliates – and purchased directly through the payment processing system in your private Catalyst Soccer account refunds will not be granted unless the service/product is defective to the extent that it is incapable of performing its function or providing its intended value AND the defective service/product is not able to be replaced or fixed in a timely manner. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Definintion: Any content purchased or free pertaining to the Catalyst Soccer training website; including but not limited to month/year subscription, articles, certifications, manuals, etc.
Access: During the Subscription Term, we will provide you access to use the Subscription Service as described in this Agreement.
Modifications: We modify the Subscription Service from time to time, including by adding or deleting features and functions, in an effort to improve your experience. But we will not make changes to the Subscription Service that materially reduce the functionality of the Subscription Service provided to you during the Subscription Term. We might provide some or all elements of the Subscription Service through third party service providers.
Additional Features: You may subscribe to additional features of the Subscription Service by agreeing to a new Order Form.
Cancelations/Refunds: All purchases including subscriptions are non-cancelable and non-refundable. You may elect to not renew when your subscription term expires.
